Tried it on and it didn't fit? Manufacturer mistake? (ex: tears). We will accept the returns/exchange of item(s) that are in new condition with original tags attached. Return/Exchanged items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All exchanges will be made 2-3 business days after receiving your returned item(s). Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise (does not include shipping). The credit should appear on your next statement within 3-5 business days upon returned item(s). You will receive an e-mail notification following the completion of the return process.

Making a Return by Mail

Take the package to your local USPS to return item(s).

Please use the original shipping box and packing material, if possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

We do not share email addresses for such purposes. We also do not share personal information about customers who only browse, email comments, request a catalog, or request email updates, or who purchase only Embleu merchandise. If you would prefer that we not share information about you with other companies, please let us know by contacting Embleu customer service as described in the section entitled, "How do I contact you?", below.

Scrip programs allow you to instruct us to divert a percentage of the amount you spend on Embleu LLC. purchases to participating schools and other non-profit organizations.
